When you're in the DSA, you're not wasting your time at weekly unproductive meetings. Instead, you join groups working on projects you're interested in, which work on these projects at their own pace. There's only 1 monthly baseline meeting on the last Wednesday of every month, which conveniently aligns with the co-op integration day, allowing maximum participation.
